At Jones, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your peak performance. If your equipment or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
